Roast prime rib of beef – Seasoned and slow roasted to perfection, served with aujus & horseradish sauce.
Grilled sliced flank steak – Perfectly seasoned and marinated then charbroiled and sliced.
Grilled sirloin strip steak – A trimmed and seasoned eight ounce cut, served with your favorite steak sauce.
Sirloin Beef tips, teriyaki, steakhouse, maple bourbon or traditional in brown gravy

Lemonade, iced tea, Coffee, Decaf, & Tea throughout your event: Only $50.00 for up to 200 people. Set up a separate table for self-service, perfect for those events that may have guests that wish not to purchase soda or drinks from the bar.
Include Champagne toast for your guests, $2.00 per person
or Non-Alcoholic Toast for $1.50 per person

As with any of our menus throughout please feel free to mix and match any items and we will be glad to price out your custom package. Like one of the salads or starches from the buffet pages? Not a problem, add it and we'll price it for you! Have lots of younger kids coming? We offer kids discounts and as always kids 5 and under eat free, excluding lobster and steak.
Substitute lemonade & iced tea in any menu with assorted canned sodas & bottled waters for an additional $2.00 per person.
